RÉSUMÉ : This talk describes a Dial-A-Ride Problem that arises on a periodical basis in the Turkish Armed Forces. The problem is that of allocating a number of transportation requests with differing priorities to a given set of courier services. The problem involves two hierarchical objectives, with the first being the maximization of the number of transportation requests accepted while honoring the priorities, and the second being the minimization of the cost of the courier services performed. A graph-based formulation and computational results are presented.
